SAGE Volunteers, an organization founded in 2020 by a local Andover, NJ, student athlete, Zach Zambardi, for student athletes, is dedicated to giving back through community service and charitable activities. SAGE's Flagship Chapter was inspired by long-time area civil-servant, Deb Danielson, who had the initial idea and wanted to host an Elves for the Elderly event during COVID. Deb was concerned about our area seniors being so isolated and thought this getsure would brighten their day. With Deb's support, SAGE took Elves for the Elderly to the next level. It was a huge success. Many seniors wrote to the town asking about who was behind the kindness that lifted their spirits so joyously.

With a core focus on making a positive impact, SAGE Volunteers provides the perfect platform for student athletes to engage in meaningful service projects.
